REGIONAL MANAGER: CENTRAL-NORTHWESTÂ
Description
We are seeking a Regional Area Manager to cover the Central Northwest US region (covering Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana) to manage clinical product sales and relationships while increasing profitability. This position is offered as a full-time role with benefits and both salaried and performance-based compensation. This position is an opportunity for a capable and resourceful individual to make a mark. The successful applicant joins a team with healthy momentum in clinical product, history & assets and will be responsible for driving an efficient-as-possible schedule of our commercial and clinical efforts. The Regional Area Manager: Central Northwest will report directly to Coapt’s Director of Sales.

Responsibilities
PRIMARY
Establish, maintain, and expand your customer relationships via prospecting, presenting, obtaining commitment, while managing an opportunity pipeline, attaining, or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales objectives for Coapt products.Â
Make scheduled personalized presentations to medical professionals to elicit use of Coapt’s products.Â
Collect and share relevant competitors’ market information to increase sales volume and market share.Â
Recommend products or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.Â
Attend and represent Coapt at regional and national tradeshows when appropriate.Â
Develop and execute strategic solutions towards the total market to effectively grow territory profitably.Â
Respond promptly to the needs of customers while being proactive in cost containment and management of expenses.Â
Maintain, analyze, and use territory/customer reports and databases to effectively and efficiently organize and plan territory priorities and activities within SalesforceÂ
Submit accurate and timely territory reports to include expenses.Â
Exercise good judgment in the use of company funds to ensure territory profitability.Â
Maintain confidentiality of company data including new product information, marketing strategies, discount programs, pricing information, and other business proprietary information.Â

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a life science or business discipline.Â
Additional, degrees and/or coursework in clinical care, technology commercialization, technical support, and/or quality assurance is an asset.Â

The Clinical Impact Specialist will report directly to Coapt’s Regulatory Compliance & Legal Affairs Manager with strong liaisons to the company’s Operations Director, Sales Director, and Executive suite.

Responsibilities
PRIMARY
Facilitate effective communication between our technical support, fabrication, in-field clinical sales, engineering team members on issues of Coapt product support, development, and customer service.Â
Troubleshoot various clinical/technical product issues on-demand in real-time and manage the pipeline of these cases to ensure Coapt customers receive timely solutions.Â
Handle some technical support calls and online meetings with Coapt customers and end users.Â
Entry of clinical and technical support detail into existing quality management job-ticketing systems, including periodic self- and team-log audits.Â
Assist with testing, QA documentation, and general preparation of product and repair shipmentsÂ
Assist with light electronics diagnosis, repair, assembly, and fabrication.Â
Assist with product materials’ receiving and acceptance procedures.Â
Communicate regularly with the engineering team on in-field product issues.Â
Periodically analyze and report on of clinical and technical issues to broader team.
Assist with maintenance of work instruction and other QA procedure documentation.Â
