REGIONAL MANAGER: CENTRAL-NORTHWEST 

Description 

We are seeking a Regional Area Manager to cover the Central Northwest US region (covering Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana) to manage clinical product sales and relationships while increasing profitability. This position is offered as a full-time role with benefits and both salaried and performance-based compensation. This position is an opportunity for a capable and resourceful individual to make a mark. The successful applicant joins a team with healthy momentum in clinical product, history & assets and will be responsible for driving an efficient-as-possible schedule of our commercial and clinical efforts. The Regional Area Manager: Central Northwest will report directly to Coapt’s Director of Sales. 

Applicants must be comfortable selling into the Orthotic and Prosthetic market, be excellent problem solvers, have superior oral communication skills, and the ability to grasp and communicate technical clinical concepts. The ideal candidate will contribute to our culture with creative energy, novel ideas, and enthusiasm for the brand and the individuals we affect. EMBEDDED SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE ENGINEER

Description

Liberating Technologies, Inc. (LTI) has an immediate opening for a position that requires an individual with an embedded systems background to perform duties in the field of medical device product design and development. Liberating Technologies, Inc. is a designer and developer of prosthetic devices for adults and children that was acquired by Coapt LLC in 2021, an industry leader in pattern recognition for prosthetics. The companies specialize in high-technology solutions to prosthetic and orthotic systems with a focus toward powered upper-limb prosthetics. LTI has been in business since 2000 and has grown a government-funded research program since 2008, which will provide a majority of the support for this position.

Examples of projects include developing multi-node wireless sensor systems, developing technologies to remove perspiration and heat from a prosthetic socket, optimizing prosthetic foot selection for an individual based on their balance capabilities, developing a system to assess prosthetic socket fit, creating innovative hand/wrist controllers based on EMG inputs, developing an interface with commercial gaming systems to create a motivational prosthetic training tool, etc.
