Coapt LLC., was founded out of focused and dedicated research at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) to make the benefits of modern myoelectric control commercially available. Our solid relationships within the industry and our extensive research history enhance the power and quality of our product line.
Coapt develops and produces a first-of-its-kind, advanced machine learning, myoelectric pattern recognition control system. Coapt’s products are specifically designed to provide more intuitive and personal prosthesis control for upper-limb prosthesis wearers.
