This session will cover foundational concepts, followed by practical training strategies to support personalized care plans and device optimization. Attendees will advance their expertise in upper limb prosthetic rehabilitation and empower patients with cutting-edge solutions for improved independence and well-being.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this program, learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate how to successfully educate patients to master and fully utilize their pattern recognition control system
- Compare and contrast pattern recognition with other control strategies used to operate myoelectric devices, including considerations for candidacy
